By purchasing a package from The Holiday Edit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

You are purchasing a personalised travel itinerary based on the details you provide. This includes recommendations, schedules, and maps — we do not book any flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf.

2. Delivery Time

Itineraries are typically delivered within 3–7 working days after your client form is submitted. Delays may occur during busy periods, but we’ll keep you updated.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions (if applicable). Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our service, no refunds are given once work has begun. If you need to delay or reschedule your trip, we may be able to transfer your edit to a future date (within 3 months) — email us to discuss.

5. Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide (dates, destinations, preferences) is correct. We’re not liable for changes made by third-party providers (e.g. airlines, restaurants, attractions).

6. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, maps, and materials are created by The Holiday Edit and are for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, or duplicate them.
